BSKS portal

BSKS (Bespilotni sustavi u kriznim situacijama) is a Croatian nonprofit organization focused on drone and UAS operations in crisis and emergency situations. With over 100 active members across Croatia, the organization needed a modern platform to replace a manual, Excel-based workflow.

The Challenge

Member data, dues, duty schedules, and internal communications were all managed through spreadsheets — time-consuming, error-prone, and impossible to scale. The organization needed a centralized solution accessible to both administrators and members on the go.

The Solution

In three months, a complete platform was designed and built from scratch — a PHP/MySQL REST API backend, a web-based admin portal, and a Flutter mobile app published on Google Play.

The platform covers the full membership lifecycle: member profiles and status tracking, annual dues management, duty scheduling, internal announcements, and a pre-flight checklist module tailored to Croatian CCAA regulations.
